Vincent is a contemporary artist based in Pittsburgh PA, whose work blends the soft, brushy techniques of the Impressionists with bold graphic influences and the vibrant intensity of modern Dopamine Art. Every piece tells a story. Primarily focused on portraiture, Vincent works across physical and digital media, currently primarily focusing on Acrylic and Oils.

Last weekend was @artallnightpgh which is absolutely my favorite event in the city. And Live Painting is such a great time! I met some incredible artists and hopefully Bob made a few bucks to support the show! Now, if I had another week to noodle and refine could the painting be better? Absolutely. But the point is to do it all in one night. It’s a good practice for me, I will noodle on a piece forever before deciding it’s done, it’s good to remind myself that I can call something done. How much money you make is not a measure of your talent, skill, or value as an artist. Neither are likes and follows (I say this to myself often). 🎨 I am extremely lucky. I have a good job that allows me the space to work on my art, and if it weren’t for the money I make from my job I don’t think I would be able to create like I do. I spent decades working retail and gig jobs to try to cobble together enough to live on and in those years I really didn’t do a lot of art. Little bits here and there, but nothing sustained. I just didn’t have it in me. That’s why when people ask if I’m going to quit my day job to be a full time artist I say no. 🎨 Works in progress on easel- neon elephant and Afroman. 🎨 #artist #painter #oilpainting
